Red Currant Shake


Serves 2

  • 150 g fresh or frozen red currants
  • 1 banana
  • ½ lemon
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • 2 dl milk


Wash the currants in standing water and let them drain. Use a fork to remove individual berries from the stems. Peel the banana and slice it thickly. Juice the lemon. Put the ice into a Crystal or Copol bottle, followed by the fruit, lemon juice and milk. Sweeten to taste and serve ice-cold.

Recipe tips

The seeds will not be crushed in the FRXSH and can be sieved out.
