
Cold Tomato Soup (Gazpacho)

Ingredients
Serves 2
- ½ cucumber
- 1 pepper
- 2 small tomatoes
- Pepper, salt
- Tabasco
Ingredients
Peel and slice the cucumber. Seed the pepper and cut it into small pieces. Quarter the tomato. Put all the ingredients in a Crystal or Copol bottle, and season to taste.
