Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 ripe mango
  • Juice from one lime
  • Mineral water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the stone and slice into pieces. Put one to three ice cubes in a Crystal or Copol bottle, then add the mango slices, the lime juice and mineral water.
