Cold Tomato Soup (Gazpacho)

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • Pepper, salt
  • Tabasco

Ingredients

Peel and slice the cucumber. Seed the pepper and cut it into small pieces. Quarter the tomato. Put all the ingredients in a Crystal or Copol bottle, and season to taste.

Tips for this recipe

Put a few ice cubes in the bottle first, and reduce the amount of water accordingly.
